Helpdesk

Available by telephone, email and online for all your user and technical queries including advice on installation, configuration and ongoing guidance.



Onsite Training

To ensure that software users get the most from their software, training sessions are tailored to the training requirements of the users. Training can be given to a group including various roles or to individuals, as required. Training sessions are delivered onsite and can be booked on a half day or a full day basis, as required.



Configuration

An onsite configuration service is available, whereby our software consultants can arrange to visit onsite and help with the installation, configuration and setting up of the software, following the purchase.



Remote Desktop

A web service can be used to access computers remotely for remote screen viewing, control and assistance to provide support and maintenance.



Wiki

Our software products are supported by a Wiki that provides a library of online information covering technical and user information, relevant to the various roles using our software products. FAQs, training guides, a search facility and emailing the Helpdesk are also accessible via the Wiki.



Online Training

For some software products, online training is available via an online system. The sessions can be booked as required, for a 30 minutes or 1 hour session.



Support Website

By logging in, you have access to software upgrades, license information, feature requests and suggestions, and updating your support profile.



Regional Seminars

Training seminars for schools are also held in various regions, covering existing or new and enhanced software features.
